Legendary Rock Showman Peter Wolf Embarks On Rare Solo Tour In May
Peter Wolf is best known as the lead vocalist for the J. Geils Band from 1967 to 1983 (you know "Wooba Gooba with the green teeth!"). He will be touring In support of his latest release, 'Midnight Souvenirs' which debuted at number 45 and features Merle Haggard, Shelby Lynne, and Neko Case. Peter's band will include Duke Levine (guitar), Kevin Barry (guitar), Marty Ballou (bass), Marty Richards (drums), and Jonathan Carroll (keyboards).
Rolling Stone's Anthony DeCurtis called 'Midnight Souvenirs' "delightful," continuing, "Nothing can kill Wolf's charm, musicality and youthfulness."
